SprintRay is looking for a hands-on, strategic Human Resources leader with strong business acumen to drive operational excellence and cultivate an intentional, relationship-centered, high-performance workplace. Reporting to our President, you will lead, manage, and execute our people strategy, leading an U.S.-based People Services team, an India-based team, and providing advisory support to the EMEA People Services team, while coordinating with our PEO provider in Latin America.

As a trusted thought partner, you will shape talent acquisition, leadership development, HR strategy, compensation, and organizational effectiveness to fuel SprintRay’s growth. Success in this role requires balancing leadership with hands-on execution—managing the employee life cycle, coaching leaders, and driving key initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership & Talent Development

  • Partner with and advise executive leadership on business and people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead a geographically diverse People Services team across the U.S. and India, while providing advisory support to the EMEA People Services team and coordinating with the PEO provider in Latin America.
  • Balance strategic leadership with management and hands-on execution, managing key HR initiatives while guiding regional teams in EMEA.
  • Develop and implement leadership and talent optimization programs to drive business growth.
  • Lead talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture.
  • Oversee immigration and global mobility compliance, supporting international employees.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Global HR Operations & Compliance

  • Lead and actively manage HR operations across the U.S., Canada, India, and Latin America, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (with a strong focus on California).
  • Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and legal compliance.
  • Provide advisory guidance for EMEA People Services, collaborating with regional teams to ensure global alignment and best practices while respecting local HR autonomy.
  • Monitor evolving labor regulations, guide workforce planning, and manage performance management and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement optimized HR policies, risk management protocols, and compliance programs.
  • Leverage technology and AI to enhance and streamline HR operations, reporting, and the employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Change Management

  • Champion change management efforts that support organizational growth and cultural evolution.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience, improve retention, and align HR programs with SprintRay’s core philosophy.
  • Ensure fair and consistent performance and conduct practices while aligning employee relations strategies with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and facilitate internal employee events, company-wide meetings, and internal communications fostering engagement, community, and alignment across all regions.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive human resources experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role that includes global responsibilities.
  • Strong background in full life-cycle human resources including talent acquisition, development and leadership coaching.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. employment law (especially California) and familiarity with HR regulations in Canada, India, and EMEA.
  • Proven success in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, HR analytics, and compensation/pay equity best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CPTD certification preferred.

Target Salary

$140,000 - $165,000 plus annual bonus (commensurate with experience and documented outcomes) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Actual compensation packages consider a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The estimate provided has not been adjusted for all of these factors. At SprintRay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The total compensation package for a position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, and/or other applicable compensation.
