We’re looking for an exceptional Director Financial Reporting on our Finance team who is ready to drive the future of mobility with us!
Interested in overseeing the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting guidelines? This role involves managing the financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reports, and collaborating with senior management to provide strategic financial insights.
Your Impact
- Oversee the preparation of global financial statements, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements for multiple regions.
- Lead the consolidation of financial data from international subsidiaries.
- Manage internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and safeguard financial assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting needs and strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison for external auditors and coordinate audits globally.
- Perform technical accounting research and implement new reporting requirements.
- Present financial insights and trends to senior management and business stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in financial reporting, with experience in global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Remote USA Position
- Salary range of $ 158,600.00 - 253,600.00 USD Annual. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors.
