As a Digital Content Manager, you will play a key role in one of Norway’s leading marketing environments, in a successful international company with strong growth and interesting opportunities for an international career.
The position is embedded within the Norwegian Marketing Team and reports directly to the Marketing Director in Norway. The position is based at Jotun Vindal in Sandefjord.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write and produce engaging, inspirational, and SEO-optimized content for relevant and agreed upon digital channels in Norway, aligning with the overall strategy and marketing plans, to make the customer “ferdigkjøpt”.
  • Publish high-quality, relevant content on jotun.no, our blogs, newsletters, YouTube and social media according to the marketing plan for interior, exterior, yachting and professional.
  • Take strong ownership of content on Jotun.no and work close with your colleagues in the ECA-region (Europe Central Asia) to optimize the customer journey and conversations.
  • Monitor and follow up the digital strategy, using analytics insights to continuously improve digital content based on analysis and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in both B2C and B2B teams, particularly the Brand Managers and sales department Norway, to ensure brand and product consistency.
  • Collaborate with regional teams in DK and SE to implement and adapt content across the region.
  • Engage with external partners, such as influencers, photographers, and stylists, to ensure regular production and publication of content.
  • Propose, set up, measure and optimize advertising on social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Jotun’s colour advisors.
  • Contribute to the success of digital projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, with relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Google analytics.
  • Experience with digital campaign and social media campaign platforms.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
