We’re looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Student Assistant to join our Digital Team in Copenhagen. Your primary focus will be to help ensure our B2B webshop operates seamlessly while optimizing our Marketing Automation Journeys. You’ll assist in maintaining the webshop, resolving any issues that arise, and keeping an eye on the performance of our marketing automation workflows to ensure they’re delivering the best possible customer experience.

The job is 15 hours a week – which will be planned to accommodate your school-schedule. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist with the administration, management, and communication of products on B2B e-commerce platforms in Denmark and Norway. 

  • Help optimize automated marketing journeys to boost customer engagement and drive conversions. 

  • Learn and familiarize yourself with our existing dashboards to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for continuous improvement. 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on product launches across our e-commerce platforms 

  • Help manage ongoing tasks and projects, and even take ownership of smaller projects over time 


We do not expect you to possess all qualifications, but we value the right personality and cultural fit. 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for: 

  • We expect you to be enrolled in a degree program related to digital marketing, e-commerce, IT, or a similar field of study. 

  • Strong language skills in English are a must and speaking a Scandinavian language preferred.

  • Familiarity with CMS systems, e-commerce tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus. 

  • Detail-oriented and good at joggling multiple tasks.

  • Structured and disciplined way of working. 

  • Pro-active and takes ownership. 

  • Team-player and eager to learn and develop.
