- Deep expertise in performance marketing – You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, handling large budgets with a data-driven mindset.
- AI & Automation Enthusiasm – You know how to leverage OpenAI, Anthropic, Crew AI, LangChain, and other AI-powered tools to enhance media strategies.
- Marketing Automation Mastery – You can develop and streamline workflows using no-code/low-code platforms or Python and/or JavaScript to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – You’re experienced in tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude Analytics, extracting insights to optimize performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – You work closely with marketing, data, and product teams, ensuring strategies are aligned with business objectives.

- Analyze & Optimize Performance – Use Google Analytics, Amplitude Analytics, and internal dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
- Collaborate with Growth & Product Teams – Work alongside marketing, product, and data teams to enhance performance and innovate on new growth strategies.
