As part of Driscoll’s Brand Marketing Department and a valued member of the dynamic Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in Driscoll’s brand building activities around increasing brand awareness, broadening consumer demand, strengthening affinity with our core berry users, and increasing reach and engagement across the digital ecosystem. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of an integrated digital marketing content strategy across an assigned mix of digital platforms and touchpoints, followed by performance analysis and evaluation. This roll will work in close partnership with other members of the digital marketing team, including the community engagement associate manager and performance marketing specialist.

 Responsibilities

CONTENT STRATEGY: 
•    Develop and oversee comprehensive content strategies for Driscoll’s digital ecosystem (web, social, email) to drive meaningful Consumer engagement, foster emotional connections, and expand brand equity.
•    Lead the creation, alignment, and implementation of content strategies across teams, ensuring clarity of vision and objectives.
•    Oversee the management and optimization of editorial calendars to ensure timely, impactful execution of content initiatives.
•    Direct the sourcing, development, and maintenance of a robust library of image and video assets for cross-platform use, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
•    Craft and review creative briefs that align business goals with creative direction, clearly articulating objectives, opportunities, and success metrics to internal teams and external partners.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: 
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration with the Brand Marketing team and other departments to drive impactful digital performance.
•    Manage creative and digital agencies, ensuring projects align with Driscoll’s brand architecture, communication strategies, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
•    Act as a key decision-maker in strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and creative execution.
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY: 
•    Drive innovation by aligning digital strategies with cutting-edge technological solutions across owned platforms, establishing long-term best practices.
•    Serve as the subject matter expert and strategic lead for key technological platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Hootsuite), ensuring their effective utilization to meet digital goals.
•    Evaluate and implement systematic approaches to enhance efficiency in core Digital Marketing activities, leveraging tools and processes to optimize workflows and outcomes.
DATA, ANALYTICS, KPIs: 
•    In strong partnership with performance marketing specialist and community engagement associate manager, leverage data-driven insights to increase Consumer engagement and acquisition across Driscoll’s digital ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive Consumer experience.
•    Identify and execute opportunities for synergy across platforms, integrating analytics to refine creative strategies and enhance brand marketing campaigns.
•    Champion test-and-learn methodologies, iterating on campaigns to maximize performance and extract actionable insights.
•    Leverage SEO insights to enhance website content and strategy
•    Increase Reach and Engagement KPIs YoY
GLOBAL BEST PRACTICES: 
•    Provide strategic leadership to global partners across business units, ensuring alignment with social media planning, content development, platform management, and digital governance best practices.
•    Act as a thought leader and advocate for continuous improvement, driving global consistency while accommodating regional nuances and priorities.

    Candidate Profile

•    B.S. or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

•    3+ years of marketing experience

•    Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and an understanding of basic statistics.
•    Proficient in using social media technology (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
•    Strong analytical skills 
•    Comfortable with sourcing and working with data in different platforms, combining to analyze performance results.
•    Strong understanding of digital trends, best practices, and engagement drivers within a B2C environment.
•    Strong communication skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Proficiency in Spanish is a plus! 

Preferred (other) Qualifications
•    Ability to work with key stakeholders and manage multiple projects across the enterprise.
•    California driver’s license and the ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program. 
•    A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Compensation & Benefits:
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 
Salary range estimated for this role is:   $84,885 to $ 110,350
