About the role:

In this role you will work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers and CRM & E-Commerce teams to deliver a consumer focused, data led digital strategy for Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen.

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is quick-thinking as well as highly adaptable.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for amplifying campaigns, products and consumer messaging across our paid and earned digital channels

  • Liaise closely with Brand Marketing team and CRM Team to ensure a consumer focused, data led digital strategy that aligns to global and local brand strategies

  • Plan and execute content and creative across organic and paid social platforms, display, SEM, affiliates and EDM.

  • Measure and report on ROI and KPI's for delivery and effectiveness of campaigns across digital channels

  • In partnership with agencies, implement strategic A/B test & learn cases to refine elements, maximise engagement and increase conversion

  • Adhoc reporting and digital admin as required

About you:

  • 2+ years proven experience in digital marketing including EDMs, paid performance (SEM, affiliate, display, social media), content planning & CRM

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics & Ads Manager, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Manager, MS Office

  • Experience in Salesforce, CRM or CDP Platforms preferred but not essential

  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

  • Proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with market trends

  • Previous copy writing experience and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
