Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our TENA and Consumer Tissue Team to support our digital marketing strategies and enhance the customer journey for our consumer.
About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive key business performance metrics. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate and execute media plans, content strategies, and personalized consumer experiences. Your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences and achieving our business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to own and elevate the content space, ensuring consumers find relevant, engaging information. Collaborate with the brand team to create impactful landing pages and support high-profile TV and digital campaigns and be part of the shift towards YouTube, BVOD, and Smart TV on-demand platforms, driving a more online-focused content strategy.

What You Will Do:

Coordinate and execute media plans across digital channels.

Support the overarching digital strategy to enhance the customer journey from paid, owned, and earned channels.

Participate in campaign planning, development, testing, and optimizations.

Lead and manage content across Essity brands CMS (Shopify) to support campaigns and always-on activation.

Collaborate with brand marketing, eCommerce, and external development agencies.

Work with SEO agencies to develop, implement, and manage content recommendations.

Work with internal and external teams to brief and project manage eDMs, automation, and personalization end-to-end.

Support database growth and segmentation initiatives.

Organize and maintain segmented email lists to target audiences effectively.

Support project deliverables and ongoing website maintenance.

Conduct UX analysis across digital channels and campaign activities to inform key actionable insights.

Provide monthly reporting to ensure KPIs are met across channels.
Who You Are:
You will bring at least 2 years of experience in a client-side digital role, with hands-on expertise in digital platforms, including CMS (preferably Shopify) and Google Analytics. Additionally, you will have:

A tertiary qualification (Undergraduate Degree) in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Knowledge of digital marketing channels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to achieve goals.

Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP Software.
