A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a DevSecOps Manager P&C, reporting to the Executive Manager DevSecOps Enterprise.
A bit about your role
As a DevSecOps Manager, you will oversee the delivery and operational performance of systems within the People & Culture technology domain, including NBN’s core HR platform, Workday, and other applications like Salesforce and Boomi. Your responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring system quality, and leading technical delivery within an agile team. You will also contribute to the P&C capability roadmap and architectural vision, validate planning assumptions, and align functional and non-functional requirements with business goals.
Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and support for successful solution delivery across P&C platforms and the SEO Services Enterprise. As a Scrum Master, you will enable the agile team to self-organize, manage, and continuously improve through effective Lean-Agile practices.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, then it is likely you are a critical thinker, is collaborative and has a strong background in team and people management, DevSecOps and a deep technical knowledge in an area in IT delivery and/or operations aligned to the P&C Technology Domain (including deep knowledge in Workday). Any certifications/ qualifications in Workday HCM or Pro is beneficial.
You will be highly skilled in in software delivery and operations, with Agile delivery. You will have over good experience in integrating multi-application IT solutions and HR & HSE ERP systems like Workday. Additionally, strong HCM experience with successful technology projects is needed. Special skills include expertise in Workday, Salesforce, and Oracle HCM. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet targets while facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
