What we’re looking for

As a CRM Designer at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a key role in designing, optimizing, and implementing customer relationship marketing (CRM) assets across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and WhatsApp. Your focus will be on creating engaging, user-centric designs that enhance customer experiences while leveraging AI-driven personalization and automation.

You will collaborate with CRM strategists, copywriters, developers, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of visually compelling, high-converting campaigns. Your expertise in UX design principles, AI-driven customer journeys, and CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce, and HubSpot will help shape meaningful interactions with customers, driving engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CRM assets (email templates, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages) to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Ensure CRM designs follow UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and brand consistency across all customer touch-points.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to personalize and automate CRM experiences, optimizing for customer preferences and behaviors.

• Work closely with developers to implement dynamic content, modular email design, and responsive templates for CRM campaigns.

• Conduct A/B tests on design elements (layout, imagery, CTA buttons, etc.) to improve performance.

• Keep up to date with emerging trends in AI, CRM, and UX/UI design to continuously enhance CRM strategies.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on CRM, email marketing, or digital customer engagement.

• Strong portfolio showcasing email, push, SMS, and in-app message design with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools for CRM asset creation.

• Understanding of CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.

• Experience working with HTML/CSS for email design and mobile-first responsive layouts.

• Strong grasp of A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.

• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team (marketers, copywriters, developers, data analysts).

• Strong grasp of AI-driven personalization tools (e.g., Movable Ink, Phrasee, Dynamic Yield) and prompt engineering (OpenAI).

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must

Desirable:

• Experience with Braze certifications (Practitioner, Marketer) or similar CRM certifications.

• Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital messaging.
