Job Description:Implements non-nursing functions of assigned clinic to enhance clinic productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Position performs clerical duties, requisition supplies, equipment and services; may assist with scheduling and phones as directed and other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year office experience.
• Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Calendar management and patient scheduling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with medical terminology
