We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager to drive growth marketing initiatives across North America while leading global email marketing and webinar strategies. This individual will be responsible for executing campaigns that generate demand, optimize engagement, and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and expertise in digital marketing, email marketing, and webinar execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global email marketing campaigns, including strategy, copywriting, automation, and optimization.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize global webinars to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the primary Growth Marketing contact for all North America regions, collaborating closely with sales and regional teams to execute campaigns.
  • Drive ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns for North America, from segmentation and targeting to execution and measurement.
  • Lead North America initiatives for brand awareness, lead generation, and demand generation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the ABM Manager, Paid Media Manager, and Marketing Operations team to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing, content, design, and product marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity space.
  • Strong background in email marketing, webinars, ABM, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
