JOB OVERVIEW
The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will be responsible for all details related to getting a vehicle into the hands of the assigned driver. Build a strong relationship with our vendors to ensure a smooth delivery process for our drivers/clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Builds rapport with our vendors to ensure a solid partnership with Wheels.
- Negotiates fees and updates systems.
- Monitors systems and reports challenges to management immediately. When system enhancements are rolled out, be the advocate to allow for a seamless transition for the team/business/clients/drivers/vendors.
- Manages all assigned queues. Consistently works and comments on all issues until completion.
- Contacts vendors via phone and email to collect information regarding delivery and MSO status.
- Updates vendor information which may include fees, contact information, address, services offered, ETC.
- Meets KPI measurement goals associated with managing queues, Service Cloud cases, Ops losses, escalations, ETC.
- Assists others in the department and throughout Operations during peak periods and to cover absences.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience working in an office environment including some customer service experience.
- Prior experience handling high volumes of work
- Prior experience building relationships with internal and external clients/vendors.
- Computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication (verbal, written) skills including good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively, use time wisely and avoid distractions to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: This position is in Georgia and operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
Physical Demands: Speak, hear, and see, and to use hand and fingers for computer keyboard and phone. Sit or stand for extended periods of time. Reach above head to pull paper attachments.

Pay Range:
$39,600-$55,400
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
