This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

About This Role:

The Data Operations Analyst ensures the availability and quality of master and reference data for daily commercial operations and business initiatives. This role processes Data Change Requests, identifies and resolves data quality issues, and ensures data alignment across various systems including Veeva Network and Veeva CRM.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle daily HCP/HCO Data Change Requests and deliver bulk updates.
  • Assist business users with master and reference data in CRM and deliver basic reports.
  • Deliver data quality reports and complete periodic checks.
  • Monitor auto-rejected DCRs, resolve issues, and analyze data for accuracy.
  • Monitor tasks and processes to avoid potential errors and problems.
  • Process daily Field Alignment requests and load changes to Veeva Align.
  • Coordinate complex changes in the territorial structure and support less experienced team members.
  • Support new system releases, develop error reports, conduct training, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

You have a proven track record in data management with a strong focus on data quality. You possess good knowledge of data management, governance, structures, and analysis, and have a solid understanding of CRM systems and Business Intelligence solutions. You are fluent in English and have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis or data management.

Required Skills:

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel
  • Proven experience in data management with a focus on data quality
  • Knowledge of data management, governance, structures, and analysis
  • Understanding of CRM systems and Business Intelligence solutions

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Veeva Network and Veeva CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to train and support team members
