Your Role:
- Develop and uphold data models and architectures to enhance accessibility, efficiency, governance, and data quality.
- Implement infrastructure for effective data extraction, transformation, and loading utilizing SQL and Azure 'big data' technologies.
- Design and execute Data Warehouse (DW) solutions for data storage and analysis.
- Create streaming ETL/ELT processes from various data sources.
- Construct custom applications using SSIS for data integration activities.
- Support the development of data pipelines, focusing on integration, consolidation, cleansing, and structuring for analytical applications.
Technical qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SQL, ETL, and Microsoft data warehousing solutions is required.
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI is essential along with the design and development of SSIS packages and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Excellent command of the DAX language is strongly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure or Databricks, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in current data warehousing methodologies, encompassing dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes is a benefit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
