The Opportunity
As a Data & Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for the stakeholder management, requirement gathering, development and implementation of different analytics initiatives in collaboration with other stakeholders and team members within the same business line.

Implement analytics and data visualizations in Tableau or similar platforms like Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud or Qlik.

Prepare the data for visualization in tools like gSheets, SQL, or Python, either locally or in an AWS/GCP cloud environment.

Lead and facilitate requirement gatherings and translate user requirements into technical specifications.

Build and strengthen relationships with other departments/groups across Roche to identify synergies and streamline redundancies.

Participate in the deployment of analytics projects to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with other Data Scientists, Automation experts, and business experts.

Embrace new ways of working with fast iterations, lean documentation, and planning, maintaining close alignment and communication across global teams.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as computer science, statistics, information systems, finance/economics, or equivalent experience in data & analytics.

5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a multicultural environment with global processes in Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT.

Proficiency with Tableau or similar platforms like Looker Studio, SAP Analytics Cloud or Qlik.

Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with agile working methods, adaptable to changing environments, and excellent communication and networking skills.

Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset, capable of proposing different solutions to meet customer needs, and adept at working in agile/matrix organizations; English proficiency is required, with additional languages being a plus.
