Position Summary
The D2C Trainee collaborates in implementing D2C sales and communications strategies. As a D2C trainee serve as guardian of Samsung direct sales channel helping D2C team to ensure eStore sales KPIs are met through relevant marketing communication messaging.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Support D2C team in analyzing online market data and market sensing
- Help Employee Purchase Program manager to improve Employee Purchase Program site reliability by continuously checking Employee Purchase Program sites and raising any issues to technical team.
- Participating in brainstorming and planning sessions
- Assist D2C communication team in promotional activities.
- Assist in supporting local activities that improves Net Promoter Score evaluation.
- Support relations with stakeholders, partners and other divisions
- Undertake general administrative and clerical duties
- Provide general assistance to other staff as required
- Take part in flagship launches of divisions by assisting campaign managers
- Draft and distribute relevant documentation including but not limited to: promotional Terms & Conditions agreements, D2C communication briefs, D2C post event reports
- Maintain and update D2C related databases.

Soft Skills
- Communication – clear and concise, able to present complex information at all levels, influential, good negotiation, ability to present
- People – understanding of relationship between division stakeholders
- Pragmatic – able to deliver final documents to a high standard within tight timescales, planning skills
Hard Skills
- University degree in Economics or any related discipline.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
