Mission

Dynamic, effective and efficient Cybersecurity Program Coordinator is needed to help support the Agio PMO in planning, monitoring, controlling, executing, and closing high-visibility projects and events in a highly expansive and aggressive growing firm. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of personal accountability, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to wrangle an excitable team. The position will work with cross-vertical teams. Innate characteristics must include attention to detail, quest for clarity, the ability to see the big picture within all the moving parts, and the gift to make things easier not harder.

This role is hybrid and will require the team member to be local to the Raleigh-Duraham area or within a commutable distance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Agio Program Managers to develop and present detailed project plans charting deliverables and milestones for projects.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, risks and budget.
  • Update project plans to reflect progress.
  • Attend and document project meetings.
  • Create and maintain risk registers.
  • Coordinate scheduling of internal resources, subcontractors and third parties/vendors.
  • Manage expectations and be able to say “no.”
  • Schedule and conduct project status meetings on regular intervals.
  • Report project status to team, stakeholders, customers, and leadership team.
  • Coordinate resource availability and allocation with resource planners.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of IT Security Consulting and/or IT Service industry.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Working knowledge of project management, planning, resource management and scheduling tools.

Education

B.S/B.A. Degree or Relevant Professional Experience preferred
