As a Retention Specialist, you are responsible for retaining and reactivating salons that have become less engaged with their Treatwell partnership. Our primary goal is to provide a product and service that are valuable to our partners—your job is to understand where this value may have been forgotten, lost, or misunderstood in the collaboration.
As a consultative salesperson, you ask salons the right questions to gain a clear understanding of how their business operates, what their needs are, and any possible objections they might have. You use this information to tailor your pitch and highlight how Treatwell’s platform and salon software can support them.
This role is essential for the growth of our salon portfolio. You build trust and provide insights, giving you the opportunity to showcase the full potential of the partnership and position Treatwell as the preferred brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to our partner salons in the French speaking part of Belgium
- Log interactions in Salesforce
- Present the Treatwell proposition clearly, concisely, and convincingly
- Work with a focus on activity and results
- Prevent salons from ending their partnership by teaching them how to maximize their investment in Treatwell
- Record reasons why a salon could not be retained, keeping the door open for future opportunities
- Find mutually beneficial solutions when addressing challenges
- Manage your own development and stay up to date on product, process, and market knowledge
- Organize digital meetings to reintroduce and explain the software
- Contribute to the development of new retention strategies
Your Profile:
- Proven experience handling a high volume of phone calls with excellent phone etiquette in French and English if needed
- Experience in a sales and target-driven environment is essential
- Experience in retention conversations is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: asks open-ended questions for clarity and listens attentively
- Proactive mindset – a self-starter with many ideas
