We're looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to help our clients succeed with our PhysioFunnels CRM while contributing to the continuous development of our innovative tools and services.

Paul Gough Media is seeking a dynamic CRM Manager with a strong tech background to lead our client success initiatives and elevate our operational excellence. In this role, you'll drive seamless client onboarding, innovate our CRM processes, and manage a high-performing team to ensure outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding:
    Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage our CRM solutions for success.

  • Training:
    Lead engaging individual and group training sessions for clients and internal teams, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.

  • Product Development:
    Stay ahead of the tech curve by identifying new features, enhancements, and innovative ways to improve our CRM platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these ideas and continually elevate the client experience.

  • Client Support:
    Provide proactive and effective support, troubleshooting issues and sharing best practices to maximize software performance.

  • Account Optimization:
    Regularly review and optimize client accounts to ensure they are configured for peak performance and maximum results.

  • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
    Drive initiatives to streamline and enhance training, onboarding, and support processes. Champion operational excellence by establishing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.

  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional performance. Your leadership will be key to building a cohesive, motivated group.

  • Become the Expert:
    Develop deep expertise in our CRM solutions, positioning yourself as the go-to resource for both clients and internal teams.
