The Customer Solution Engineer is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical support for construction projects, preparing elevator equipment production, consulting with architects, and handling permit procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.

What are the main responsibilities of this position?

  • Understanding and adapting customer needs (requirements) in accordance with technical regulations

  • Technical support for new construction and building modernization processes (from bidding through on-site measurements to the end of installation)

  • Preparation of the production of elevator equipment, inspection of technical details, tracking of costs

  • Consultation with architects and contractors on technical issues, consultation with the factory /unit if necessary

  • Organizing and conducting on-site surveys with co-designers in the field

  • Preparing of permit and final plans, coordination with co-designers and builders

  • Carrying out permit procedures, keep contact with the authorities

  • Concluding and monitoring planning contracts

Requirements:

  • BSC Degree in construction area, eg. Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer

  • Reading and preparing of technical drawings

  • Good understanding of construction area (authority processes, builder/investor needs, regulations)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good communication skills in English language

  • Hands-on mindset

  • Great organizational skills and an eye for detail

  • Drive to win and positive can-do attitude

  • Experience of working in international and multicultural environment will be an asset
