Job Description
Document & Information Management

Receive, manage, and review documents and information from clients and the Coverage team.

Ensure timely follow-ups and progress on file reviews.

Review KYC records and ensure the timely completion of system updates on the core banking system within deadlines, reflecting any changes made during the review process.
Client Engagement & Compliance
-
Engage with Coverage/Client teams regarding the review exercise.
-
Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on client data and compliance requirements.
-
Visit clients as necessary to collect required documents and follow up on missing documentation to meet deadlines.

Verify High and Standard Risk files, PEP clients, and Management Companies.

Review customer profiles for data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure screening of customers and related parties to identify potential risks and ensure clients are appropriately risk-rated.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.

Inform and coordinate with relevant teams regarding any triggers in the customer profiles during the review process.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
-
Allocate workload evenly across team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of SRR, HRR, MC, Cash Exempt, and PEP files.

Leading the team, ensuring effective team coordination and performance.

Update the Management Information (MI) for the Customer Refresh Team daily.

Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals, address challenges, and encourage collaboration.

Report progress on the refresh exercise to the management and escalate concerns as necessary.

Provide training to new team members and mentor existing staff.

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and take remedial actions, if necessary.

Foster a collaborative and disciplined team environment, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and maintaining a healthy work atmosphere.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Manage and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Duties & Trigger Changes

Perform any other duties as may be required by management.
