Who You’ll Be Working With
At PMG, we’re passionate about helping brands navigate the ever-evolving media landscape with seamless onboarding, operational excellence, and innovative solutions. As a Customer Onboarding Senior Associate - Media, you’ll play a critical role in setting new clients up for success, ensuring they adopt best practices and fully integrate media solutions into their workflows.
You’ll collaborate with Media, Client Strategy, and Alli technical teams to guide clients through onboarding, troubleshoot challenges, and provide hands-on training tailored to their needs. Your expertise in media activation, campaign trafficking, DSPs, and SQL-driven automation will help drive smooth implementations while fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
This role is more than just onboarding—it’s about empowering new clients, helping them build confidence in their media operations, and ensuring they see immediate value from PMG’s solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of PMG’s media solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on media best practices, operational workflows, and platform integrations.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively troubleshoot issues, and offer creative solutions to ensure seamless implementation.
- Partner with Media and Client Strategy teams to keep projects on track, meeting deadlines and delivering measurable value.
- Assist Onboarding Leads in defining new workflows, conducting personalized training, and reinforcing best practices for new users.
- Own troubleshooting efforts during onboarding, ensuring technical and operational challenges are resolved quickly.
- Develop clear and practical guides, documentation, and training materials to support client workflows.
- Maintain regular communication with new users for approximately 90 days, reinforcing product enablement and ensuring a successful handoff to the Client Strategy team.
- Collaborate closely with the Alli team to ensure project timelines and delivery dates are met.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a media or technical operations role, with expertise in tagging, pixels, account access, naming conventions, and taxonomy.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in building alerts, automating workflows, and optimizing reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of media activation, including campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience building and trafficking media campaigns across platforms, ensuring flawless execution and compliance with best practices.
- Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and digital media platforms, with the ability to support clients in setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker to generate insights and streamline reporting.
- Exposure to API integrations and workflow automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping teams and clients succeed.
