Key Responsibilities
- Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams
- Has a full understanding of customers' business drivers, needs and requirements with willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.
- Handles incoming customer services queries (emails, calls), issues and exception management
- Onboard customers and build strong and collaborative relationship with both established and new customers.
- Ability to align with customer expectations upfront & to be able to respond with suggested solutions
- Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore Global Service Center teams
- Coordinate with the commercial organization on customer commitments and forecasts
- Cross-sell & upsell Logistics and Services products to customers.
- Actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal /external stakeholders.
- Support the digitization agenda by positively influencing customers’ uptake of new e-features
We are looking for:
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in logistics industry
- Willingness to handle customer requests with a commercial mindset
- Strong sense of urgency and exceptional prioritization skills for time-critical tasks.
- Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, efficiently managing workload with agility.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
