Core responsibilities
- Develop and support reports and analytics to assess CRM campaign performance.
- Lead analysis and optimisation of CRM campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and value.
- Create a strategy for ongoing CRM improvement and learning.
- Manage campaign optimisation cataloguing, prioritisation, and backlog.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks with the Performance & Planning Team.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to refine customer communications through data insights.
- Analyse data to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
- Drive the adoption of effective strategies in CRM and encourage a culture of innovation within the team.
- Partner with Analytics and Insights teams to explore audience profiles and campaign drivers.
- Work collaboratively with CRM communications, campaign and journey teams to identify ways to improve targeting and performance of all comms.

Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience in CRM, focusing on performance analysis and campaign improvement.
- Skilled in CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and knowledgeable about marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Proven track record of using A/B testing, personalization, and analytics to boost CRM results.
- Great leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-team projects and teams.
- A strategic problem solver with a creative approach and keen attention to detail.
