Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Manager (Journeys) to join our CRM Department.

What we want from you:

  • Map out the end-to-end player journey, identifying critical touchpoints, milestones, and interactions;
  • Collaborate with Affiliate team and Analytics teams;
  • Preparation of various onboarding processes as requested by Affiliates to enhance conversion rates;
  • Analyze player behavior;
  • Design personalized player experiences based on behavioral data and segmentation;
  • Implement strategies to optimize player interactions at every lifecycle stage (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation);
  • Focus on reducing churn and increasing player lifetime value;
  • Conduct A/B tests and implement improvements to enhance usability and engagement at key touchpoints;
  • Use gamification and innovative techniques to make the player journey more engaging;
  • Collect and analyze feedback from players through surveys, reviews, and support interactions;
  • Monitor key metrics such as retention rate, churn rate, etc.;
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track the impact of customer journey initiatives (like Miro, Figma).
  • Adapt the customer journey for different regions, considering cultural and behavioral differences.
  • Evaluate CRM campaigns across communication channels, including Email, SMS, Popups, App Push, and Messengers;
  • Place orders for design and content needed for CRM campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. CRM manager, customer lifecycle, customer onboarding or equivalent);
  • Proven track record of working in a premium service industry;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Optimove, FastTrack or similar) and analytics tools;
  • Strong understanding of client segmentation, loyalty programs, and retention metrics;
  • High level of empathy and customer orientation;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to changes;
  • Creativity and analytical thinking;
  • Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Competence in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
