We are looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Executive to join our team at Playtech Casino. As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client engagement, retention, and overall business growth through the tactical execution of CRM campaigns. Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Configure promotions, bonuses, and marketing offers using CRM tools.
  • Write content for onsite materials, terms and conditions, and CRM communications.
  • Test campaign functionality trough test-runs and maintain accurate campaign documentation.
  • Execute tasks from the CRM Plan for smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning, analysing, optimizing, and maintaining CRM cycles.
  • Track live campaigns for issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Gather performance metrics and share insights and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with our Commercial, Product and BI teams to ensure campaigns success, ensuring smooth delivery of promotional communications to customers.
  • Assist in managing Player Journeys, including bonuses setup and performance reviews.
  • Manage and configure custom promotions for licensees, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify and implement enhancements in our product offerings.

Qualifications

Components for success. You..

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRM Executive in a fast-paced online casino or live casino environment: and have day-to-day casino campaign/promotional knowledge.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Have strong creative writing skills to support the brand’s vision and style.
  • Have a basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Have high motivation and a willingness to learn.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Have an excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills by collaborating effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • A passion for doing the right thing and embedding a data-driven approach across the an organization.
  • Relentless curiosity, continually asking “why”/”why not” and persistently digging deep into information sources to find answers.

  • Experience in UK and South American markets.
  • Familiarity with using technology to present, plan, and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Have strong knowledge of back-office systems like IMS.
