Job Description:
This position handles complex credit issues. He/she gets cross trained on every phase of the quality department. This position provides coverage for employees that are out of the office. He/she works closely with supervisor on special accounts.
Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hr. (Grade 005)
Responsibilities:

Contact customers to collect on outstanding receivables.

Remove barriers that would prevent payments and add or remove credit when needed.

Hold customers accountable to terms set in the system and manage accounts that are assigned.
Requirements:

Strong Excel skills
-
General accounting knowledge for reconciliations

Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner verbally and in writing.

Post Secondary (preferred)

Bilingual (English/French preferred)
