About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced, passionate creative copywriter to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for crafting exciting, compelling content for our B2C products and user acquisition campaigns. This will include content across targeted user e-mails, digital ads, website, blog articles, social media platforms, and more. 

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and compelling content for digital platforms and our main platforms: www.btse.com and the BTSE mobile app. This includes push notifications, e-mails, blog articles, and content other digital channels
• Understand content writing for various ad channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
• Work with the Product and Growth teams to create effective copywriting solutions, collaborating with internal teams to validate content..
• Research and develop engaging messages for target audiences.
• Create personalized messaging for various customer segments to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all written materials.
• Oversee projects from concept to delivery, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of fintech / blockchain content writing experience.
• Exceptional ability to craft impactful writing copy.
• Proven creative copywriter with a strong portfolio in crypto/fintech, product copy, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising.
• Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and industry trends.
• Proficient in writing across various channels (social media, websites, emails) with adaptable tone and style.
• Skilled in developing strategic copy that aligns with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute effective campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Knowledgeable in data-driven decision-making and analyzing content campaign performance for optimization.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; adaptable to feedback.
• Exceptional at crafting long-form, narrative-driven content for user acquisition.
• Proven ability to create compelling, customer-centric copy that builds emotional connections and drives action.
• Experience studying and working abroad in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia
• Preferably Taipei-based
