Main responsibilities:
- Define, implement, manage, and control a Country Quality system for GxP and health-regulated activities in compliance with Sanofi standards and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Enhance Quality culture and promote a Quality mindset within the country's governance, working principles, and ways of operating.
- Ensure quality oversight on local contract manufacturers, distributors, and GxP service providers.
- Act as the contact person for local health authorities regarding any quality-related topics or issues linked to the quality of products in Hungary.
- Assure that a process for managing GxP documents and records is in place across all GxP processes, considering data integrity principles.
- Organize and manage information sharing, training sessions, or programs related to processes under the responsibility of country quality for concerned country associates.
- Manage country regulatory inspections under quality responsibility and support other GxP country functions in regulatory inspections for processes in their respective areas of responsibility.
- Lead the Hungarian quality team, ensuring inspection readiness and continuous quality improvement
About you
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:
- University qualification: pharmacist is preferred or qualification for Responsible Person or Qualified Person according to 39/2004 (IV.26.) ESZCSM decree.
Experience:
- Experience with QMS in the pharmaceutical industry (distribution and re-packaging experience is an advantage).
- Solid knowledge of Good Distribution/Manufacturing guidelines. Knowledge of other GxP guidelines would be an advantage.
- Experience in commercial operations in pharma is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent, strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong teams and the individuals within the department.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to foresee and respond to issues/opportunities in a timely and effective manner.
- Self-motivator with good managerial, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Change management skills
Languages:
- Hungarian and English – full professional proficiency in verbal and written.
