Overview:
As part of our global action Quality Management team at Mitel, you will be responsible to manage and maintain several areas of our Integrated Management System Program to secure ISO compliance and Management System objectives.
As a certified ISO Auditor, you are located in Brazil, Sao Paulo, but acting as part of a Quality Management department on corporate level. You have mainly to manage and perform internal and external audits via remote interviews and sometimes also onsite in locations all over the world related to ISO standards (mainly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 + ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001).
Ensure issues impacting business operations get identified, prioritized, actioned, and resolved cross-functionally. Identify improvement areas also covering supplier Due Diligence and lead improvement initiatives together with the business and process owners to achieve quality and performance targets, including monitoring of corrective actions. Support and consult all business areas and functions in strong collaboration with global and local teams to secure business strategy and achievement of objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Following on the Mitel strategy, objectives, and goals for the Mitel Management System program related to specific ISO standards and internal Policies.

Manage and execute Management System and ISO related actions to achieve required certification levels.
-
Perform Data analytics by extracting key insights from relevant data sources.
-
Perform internal and external audits or surveys in strong collaboration with business representatives and Subject Matter experts to identify improvement areas.

Lead quality initiatives and drive actions to create and execute corrective actions and their effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:

Create/ update and maintain a library of key documents including:
-
Mitel Management System related Policies, procedures, templates and definitions
-
Support and consult the Leadership team and functions on all levels with best practice techniques and tips

Develop and implement training methods, materials, and modules to enable and improve the organisation to learn and apply quality management practices

Operate ISO related activities:
-
Manage and maintain Internal audit program.
-
Perform internal ISO audit interview sessions including preparation and audit documentation
-
Join external audits and support audit sessions as Subject Matter expert
-
Manage, maintain and coordinate the update of ISO specific corporate risk registers and environmental aspects registers
-
Manage, maintain and coordinate environment related legal registers (including annual country specific regulatory obligation assessments) with stakeholders on corporate and country level

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders of all functions and at all levels to create organizational awareness and importance of quality management across the organisation.

Advice and support the Senior Management team related to ISO / normative business standards.

Support audit program to observe high Quality within process management and operations.

Perform audits and surveys to observe Supplier Quality related aspects (Due Diligence).

Support Management System Managers in the countries / HQ functions.

Support the annual external audit program and onboarding of new locations to the ISO Multi-Site certificates.

Support execution of Management Reviews.

HQ–coordination of functions and roles need to be involved to manage and secure ISO compliance.
Requirements:
-
ISO internal or lead Auditor certificates: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 required
-
ISO internal or lead Auditor certificates: ISO 20000-1 ISO and 27001 desired or willing to be obtained

College/university degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience with 5-7 years in Quality Management, specifically in ISO management systems and audits.

Robust understanding about Communication industry

Ability to investigate, report and resolve incidents.

Understanding of process management and continuous improvement

Ability to write well-structured policies and internal documents as per established ISO standards.

Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
-
Fluent English language skills
