What you will contribute:
- Support the team in creating, drafting, and refining contract templates for migration projects to ensure they meet legal, technical, and business requirements
- Review and edit existing contract templates, assuring clarity, consistency, and compliance
- Work closely with legal, technical, and project management teams to ensure contract templates align with project goals and legal requirements
- Organize and track revisions and updates to contract templates, maintaining version control and documentation
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and managing document workflows for contract-related tasks
- Contribute ideas for streamlining the contract review process and improving efficiency in template creation and approval workflows
The ideal candidate will:
- Be currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Be comfortable reading and interpreting complex legal language, terms, clauses, and corporate language commonly uses in contracts and agreements
- Have familiarity with software licensing agreements and intellectual property contracts (preferred
- Have an interest in corporate contract development and review
- Possess the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with various details and competing deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
