Job Description
As a Copywriter in SEEK’s Content and Creative Studio, you will craft innovative, world-class concepts and copy that resonate with our APAC audiences. You will help shape SEEK’s brand voice across our family of brands namely SEEK ANZ, Jobstreet and Jobsdb Asia, by creating stories and campaigns that engage, inspire, and deliver measurable results.
We seek a skilled wordsmith who excels in producing impactful work across mediums, including digital banners, in-product content, videos, commercials, and print. This role must also balance creative flair with analytical insights, leveraging SEO best practices and content analytics to optimize all copy performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation: Develop and execute innovative creative ideas across digital banners, in-product mobile content, videos, commercials, social media, print, and activations. Craft compelling copy that aligns with SEEK’s brand voice, effectively telling stories that engage and inspire.
- Innovation and Quality: Generate original, breakthrough ideas while ensuring attention to detail in execution, translating strategic objectives into creative solutions for all stakeholders and customers
- Market Focus and Adaptability: Focus primarily on the Australian market while ensuring your creative work is flexible and adaptable to resonate with audiences across our other APAC markets.
- Strategic Communication: Build and present creative concepts and rationales internally and externally in a persuasive and focused manner, building alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Content and Campaign Analytics: Leverage content tools and campaign analytics tools to ensure continuous content performance optimization for our diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketers, designers, video producers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Project Ownership: Take initiative and lead projects, demonstrating autonomy in managing creative development from concept to delivery.
The Team You’ll Join:
The Creative Services team is an integral part of the Content and Creative Studio, functioning as the in-house agency for SEEK. This talented team of creatives and strategists delivers innovative campaigns and creative solutions that elevate SEEK’s brand across APAC. From concept to execution, the team specialises in creating impactful work across digital, print, video, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and commercial goals.
Qualifications
- Experience at agency or in-house concepting and copywriting for global brands
- Demonstrated experience working on digital social campaigns
- Proven ability in crafting content that breathes humanity into technology in a way that is understood by audiences
- Excellent skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Good knowledge in SEO analytics tools and SEO best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally within a highly collaborative environment
- Experience in tech company and brands /client side is an advantage
- Proficiency in managing freelance writers and/or content vendors
- Experience in product storytelling and project strategy
- Experience in pursuing emerging technologies such as Gen AI content production
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Advertising, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
