A Dow possui uma oportunidade de atuar como Coordenador(a) de Atividades de Manutenção, localizado em Aratu - BA(BRA).

Esse profissional irá atuar fornecendo a conexão chave da Engenharia e Manutenção para o alinhamento do negócio, garante a conformidade do processo de trabalho e assegura o uso da Tecnologia Mais Efetiva (MET), práticas de trabalho dentro das equipes de área de manutenção / zona. Requer habilidades e experiência avançadas em uma gama de processos, procedimentos e sistemas e / ou especialização técnica especializada em um método analítico / científico ou operacional para executar uma ampla gama de tarefas complexas de trabalho. Pode atuar como uma equipe de trabalho líder, fornecendo orientação sobre o assunto e coordenando o trabalho de outros.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisiona a conformidade e a implementação do processo de trabalho para Equipe (s) de Manutenção designada.

  • Interfaces com parceiros de negócios para definir os requisitos de trabalho e determina prioridades e estratégias de recursos.

  • Aplica o processo de trabalho e assegura que os membros da equipe entendam o processo de trabalho, os procedimentos de manutenção e os requisitos EH&S.

  • Mede a eficiência e produtividade do processo de trabalho e inicia o Gerenciamento de Mudança (MOC) para melhorias e transferência rápida de conhecimento.

  • Garante que todos os funcionários de manutenção estejam em conformidade com todos os elementos aplicáveis da Política de Uso do Procedimento de Manutenção.

  • Cria, desenvolve, altera e atualiza procedimentos de trabalho e listas de verificação e inicia o procedimento MOC's, conforme necessário.

  • Facilita o uso de processos de trabalho dentro da Equipe de Manutenção designada.

  • Entende os requisitos de trabalho e as prioridades de trabalho.

  • Recomenda as funções de Processo de Trabalho de Manutenção Global (GMWP) no entendimento / execução do processo de trabalho.

  • Gera, analisa e toma medidas em produtividade de Manutenção e medições e dados de custo.

  • Colabora com a liderança de manutenção da área para avaliar os dados de desempenho do processo de trabalho e fazer ajustes, conforme necessário, para melhoria contínua.

  • Passa o conhecimento de trabalho do SAP em relação ao GMWP.

Experiência:

  • Formação Técnica ou superior nas áreas de manutenção, fabricação ou outra experiência relacionada.

  • 5 anos de experiencia em manutenção e ou liderança / gestão.

  • Inglês desejável (não mandatório para função).

  • Colaborar para resultados superiores: análises de alternativas para otimização das atividades de manutenção com objetivo de aumentar produtividade e reduzir custos.

  • Lidera Corajosamente: realizar alinhamentos com os fornecedores para analisar os riscos e definir as melhores estratégias.

  • Oferece Soluções Inovadoras: verificar possibilidades de mercado para desenvolver as atividades utilizando de tecnologias e soluções com menor risco e menor custo.

  • Gera valor para o cliente: alinhar as expectativas com os fornecedores e clientes sobre os entregáveis.
