•As a Contract and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and advising on all matters surrounding bidding and contract, partner with all key departments to ensure key points of contract quality are considered at the new projects/contracts.
• Draft contract documents and answer the bidding proposal to ensure the accuracy and completeness, lead the negotiation with customer to incorporate important clauses into the formal contract.
• Be a primary point of contact for contract questions raised by the customer including but not limited to penalty, liquidated damages, disputes and own them through to resolution.
• Developing and delivering contract negotiation and fulfillment training and experience to related departments.
Contract review, draft, register, renew, handover, from bidding, contract prepare, negotiation to contracting signed process follow-up etc.
Requirements:
• Excellent listening, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with customers, as well as within Huawei and our team.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, confident working in a changing environment and learn quickly.
• Ability to connect with people, manage processes efficiently.
• At least five years of success and high performance in the telecom contract negotiation field, contract draft, legal counsel on contracting or equivalent.
• Proven ability to take a solution-based and customer-centric approach to negotiation targets and business objectives.
• Advanced knowledge in telecom contract clauses and bidding processes, good understanding of legal, financial, and tax, pricing, commercial related domains.
