Job Summary

Job Purpose

The CI Expert will support the continuous improvement program by identifying and implementing initiatives and projects within the Shared Services Center and the broader organization (internal customers). He/She will assist in transforming the Shared Service Center into a “best in class” organization and ensure that transactional processes are streamlined and efficient.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Runs improvement projects within the GL, AR and AP streams with main focus in harmonization and automation initiatives

  • Designs and implements project plans

  • Assesses processes, activities and available technologies (e.g. SAP Opera implementation) and proposes areas of improvement 

  • Prioritizes initiatives that will be most impactful to the stream objectives

  • Effectively communicates and liaises with all relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis in order to successfully identify and implement improvement initiatives

  • Focuses on the enhancement of business capacity through technology and innovation 

  • Supports the Robotic Process Automation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 4 years of hands on experience in a relevant role

  • Experienced user in SAP

  • Project management and implementation of process improvements experience is considered a plus

  • Experience in enabling technologies such as RPA (Robotics) is a plus

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management & organizational skills 

  • Customer oriented approach
