Ecomm Rewards is a division dedicated to sourcing and publishing the best money-saving deals, voucher codes, and discounts for audiences in the UK, US, and Australian markets. The team collaborates closely with Commercial, Content & audience, Paid Search, Social, CRM, and Tech teams to drive engagement and revenue growth across regions.
What you'll be doing
The Rewards Content Team produces high-quality, money-saving content across 18 websites spanning various categories, including Fashion, Home, Tech, Sports, Travel and more. Their goal is to curate and optimise voucher codes, discounts, and deals that enhance user experience and drive conversions. The team ensures content efforts align with business goals, prioritising accuracy, time efficiency, and expertise to maintain a competitive edge.
The Rewards Content Team Manager leads and drives the performance of the Content Team. You will set and execute content strategy, ensuring high-quality output, and optimising processes to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with Commercial, Audience and Tech teams to align content efforts with business objectives.
You will manage three direct reports and indirectly help support their direct reports, ensuring alignment across the team and maintaining operational efficiency. While this is a leadership position, there will also be an element of personal content output required to support business objectives and maintain a hands-on understanding of content production.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and business objectives.
- 2-3 years of experience managing a content team.
- Proven ability to mentor, develop, and upskill team members to achieve high performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience streamlining content workflows and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research methodologies.
- Understanding of content management systems and performance-tracking tools.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, affiliate marketing, and digital content trends.
