About the Role
As a Content Processor, you will provide support and information to clients and customers of SSRN's website and products by evaluating paper submissions and ensuring that SSRN standards are met. Home :: SSRN
Responsibilities
- Examining, editing, and classifying paper submissions while ensuring copyright compliancy and adherence to SSRN's established styles and standards.
- Verifying the accuracy of citations and author information prior to online posting and eJournal distribution.
- Assisting in the maintenance of customer accounts.
- Troubleshooting minor issues and reporting technical problems.
- Attending staff and department calls.
Requirements
- Able to read and comprehend text rapidly and thoroughly, ensuring the correct structure and fixing any internal style inconsistency problems.
- Have a thorough and investigative approach to proactively identifying and solving complex problems.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Be motivated by meeting the standards and numbers set to improve their performance.

Salary Range
Pay range listed for New York required by law and based on years of experience. (36,000-61,000 home-based New York).

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for NYC:$36,000.00 - $60,100.00
