Ogilvy Indonesia team is expanding and looking to build a pool of potential profiles for the position of Content Creator.
As a Content Creator at Ogilvy, you will be working as a content creator for a leading beauty account in Indonesia, consisting of a portfolio of some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands.
You may have worked as a content creator for other retail brands or have produced your own non-branded creative content portfolio on social. You will likely possess unique content strengths in specific content mediums (video, photo, illustration, animation or Copy-writing; as well as preferred social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube); however, you will be holistically experienced and passionate about producing digital content and understand the art of storytelling across different content mediums.
You are able to pitch bold social content, ideas, and frameworks to the most senior clients, draft compelling content for an array of brands with different audience considerations, stay on top of trending content and audience behaviors to inform opportunistic content and strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within a digital agency setting, with a focus on the beauty category.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, execute (shoot and produce), and edit engaging content specifically for TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing software and mobile editing apps relevant to TikTok content creation.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative and visually appealing content.
- Knowledge of beauty trends, products, and terminology.
Job Description:
Create engaging and high-performing video content primarily for TikTok, with a secondary focus on other social media platforms, specifically tailored for the beauty industry. Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing TikTok-first video content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and features to inform content creation.
- Collaborating with creative and social media teams to ensure content strategy alignment.
- Analyzing content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Adapting TikTok content for other social media platforms as needed.
