We have been experiencing explosive growth and are currently looking for a Configuration Specialist to join the team, where they will coordinate group implementation, data gathering, group building, and renewal processes. Job Functions Include:

  • Conducts effective research and troubleshooting to navigate system related issues
  • Collaborates with internal teams to pinpoint discrepancies regarding group rates, billing and eligibility
  • Responsible for processing group renewals
  • Collaborates on audit of invoice calculation, i.e. initial and renewal invoices
