Job Description

As our Conference Executive, you will be responsible for helping develop content, appointing and liaising with senior stakeholders, working with marketing teams for content marketing and working with content partners. 

The role requires market research and liaison with senior management. You will need to have excellent communication skills, and the ability to research and identify new and emerging commercial trends.

What you will do: 

  • Communicate with C-level professionals (conference speakers) to collect various documents, and preparation and managing applications for conference certification, local event permits and other speaker requirements. 
  • Monitor status of submission of documents by maintaining speaker data sheets and working alongside Event Management staff 
  • Track and communicate programme and speaker updates with event management team and third-party vendors 
  • Own website updates for conference programmes 
  • Manage data updates and work on back-end systems associated with digital events. 
  • Coordinate with the event management teams to organise speaker travel, hotel and reimbursements 
  • Other speaker or conference related administrative and support tasks 

Qualifications

What you will bring: 

  • Educated to Degree Level 
  • Digital savvy and digital first mindset 
  • A multi-tasker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in Excel (Reporting, Pivot tabel, tracking V.Lockup, etc).
  • Familiar with SAP or Oracle, Airtable and OneTracker. 
  • Must have exceptional written communication and proven copy and content writing skills in English
