What You'll Do:
As a Compliance Specialist, you will ensure our operations meet regulatory standards and provide excellent customer service.
Your key responsibilities include:

• Responding to consumer and customer disputes per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Resolving frontline issues related to motor vehicle records promptly.
• Analyzing JSON and other raw data formats to verify the accuracy of motor vehicle records via API and other methods.

  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables).
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
  • Experience in identifying trends and insights from data.
• Auditing Skills:
  • Experience in conducting audits and knowledge of auditing standards.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and perform risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in documenting audit findings and recommending corrective actions.
