In Stryker’s risk-based compliance approach, you will support the implementation and effectiveness of the Join Replacement Compliance program to enable business results and effectively manage compliance risk for the company.

Stryker’s Joint Replacement business includes robotics and enabling technologies which provide unique compliance challenges. You will support the Joint Replacement compliance program to detect and mitigate compliance risk while ensuring alignment to the business and global Compliance strategy and plan. In addition, you will collaborate in the development of policies and training, as well as completing the auditing and monitoring activities, to effectively partner with the business on compliance initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with business leadership and the Compliance Officer to detect and mitigate compliance risks.

  • Support tone at the top with functional leaders and a culture of compliance.

  • Develop and deliver proactive training, communications, policies, and guidance that support business goals.

  • Implement compliance activities within to empower business leadership and effectively manage risk for the company.

  • Execute programs that ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards across regions.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the compliance program according to changes, clarifications, or updates in applicable law, regulations, policy, and business strategy.

  • Raise awareness of the compliance program and promote accountability for ethics and integrity.

What you need:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8+ years of professional work experience

Preferred

  • +2 Experience executing and delivering compliance programs in the medical device industry

  • Experience with AdvaMed Code of Ethics.

  • Experience in delivering training and  communications

  • Experience in public speaking

  • Work experience in large matrix organization

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in content development

Travel Percentage: 20%
