Job Summary

Location: Bironico, Switzerland

Duration: 1 year paid internship 

About the Role

As our Communications Intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our communication strategies, aligning with Imerys's mission, vision, and values. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in both strategic and technical communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. You will report to the Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organization of external events and trade shows. Contribute to various stages including booking, booth design, and social media promotion

• Create written and visual content for internal communication (such as newsletters, intranet) and external communications (such as website articles, digital platforms).

• Support with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and posters with the R&D and Business Development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

• Support the production of infographics and videos with external agencies or internally with tools like Premier Pro / Rush / Canva.

• Contribute to ongoing communications projects and assist with day-to-day communications tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Fluent in English and Italian

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with design tools (Canva or Premier Pro/Rush)

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced environment
