About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Associate to join our Communications team. This role supports all departments and works on both short-term and long-term projects across the company. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to advance Passes' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the social media team to craft engaging, compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Update and manage blog posts, working with internal teams, agency partners, and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support all aspects of communications across the company, including both internal and external messaging needs.
• Work with external partners on scheduling, strategy, and execution of communication initiatives.
• Support all public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional communications, marketing, or content-related role.
• Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and pivot to support evolving business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners is a plus.
