Job Description

As a Commercial Strategy Lead within AVIV Group’s Go-to-Market Strategy Department, you will be responsible for driving growth in the resale real estate market segment for Immowelt & Immonet. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to maximize market potential.

Your responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your market segment, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

  • Value Proposition Development: Enhance revenue opportunities by designing and optimizing value propositions.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement market entry and expansion strategies, overseeing new offering launches.

  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead the execution of strategic projects across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Pricing.

  • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze real estate and digital trends, developing benchmarking strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Brand & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to boost audience acquisition and retention.

  • External Representation: Elevate segment visibility through PR initiatives and industry events.

  • Internal Advocacy: Represent the market segment in strategic internal meetings, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: A degree from a top-tier business school or university with 6+ years of experience in consulting or a strategic role in the tech sector.

  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to persuade and collaborate with key stakeholders.

  • Autonomy & Communication: A self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts.

  • Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Innovation & Creativity: A curious and creative thinker with a passion for the tech industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel is essential.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
