Position Summary
OpenAP is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our Client Success team as a Client Success Manager, servicing OpenAP’s Buyside customers. This position will play an important role in defining and executing OpenAP’s services to support our clients and the growth of OpenAP. You'll be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring a world class client experience and driving client success.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand revenue and relationships within an assigned book of agency/brand business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, representing our teams, our brand, and our ways of working
- Generate reporting and insights for clients, including pre-campaign insights and post-campaign performance reports
- Service OpenAP clients throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, consulting customers with advanced audience activation and campaign reporting
- Understand and suggest improvements to OpenAP workflows and utilization
- Work with team and cross functionally to meet various department and client deadlines throughout the year
- Monitor, facilitate and assist in the successful renewal of accounts to drive customer satisfaction
- Serves as a knowledgeable resource to both internal and external customers for information on offerings, products and process
- Respond timely and consistently to all client inquiries while establishing expectations for a trusted partnership
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtual
- Work with other internal OpenAP teams on developing processes and strategic initiatives to support book of business
- Partner with Agency Development on identifying and supporting client needs and growth opportunities
Must Haves:
- Experience in advertising, with special consideration to those who have experience in video and/or television
- Familiarity with advertising agency workflows and/or the campaign management lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and decision making skills
- High competency in multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
- A proactive and dynamic professional with strong business acumen
- Ability to make autonomous decisions on behalf of our company strategy
- 3-5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Nice to Haves
- Understanding of audience targeting, identity and advertising optimization tactics
- Previous experience in agency, publisher account or operations role
