Account Manager - Microsoft

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Microsoft team supporting agencies and advertisers in Bucharest, Romania.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work together with sales managers during pitching to and onboarding of digital performance agencies and direct advertisers to Microsoft Ads
• Support clients during campaign set up and optimization, campaign performance analysis and budget planning.
• Closely collaborate with Microsoft Advertising team for client pitches and technical and ads policy issue resolutions
• Ensure proper contractual setup, invoicing and Microsoft Ads account setup for each client
• Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
• Campaign Setup and Optimization: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimization, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
• Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.

Functional Skills:

• In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies
• Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus)
• Fluency in English and LOCAL LANGUAGE
