IQVIA Switzerland is responsible to serve all Swiss-based Clients across their international footprint, delivering solutions for both Global and European operations head offices, as well as for the local market of their Swiss affiliates.
By joining as a Client Service Specialist you will have the opportunity to work under the direct report of the Swiss Client Service team based in Switzerland, supporting our Swiss-based clients (pharma- and medical device companies) with customer support, CRM maintenance, billing, client communication, general administration, and sales planning activities.
Role description:

Support of Local Swiss Team in Sales Preparation and Customer Support Activities

Creation of Price Calculations and Client Offers
-
Maintenance and Update of Sales Activities in our CRM system (SFDC)

Preparation of Billing Notification Forms
-
Handling of customer questions and requests with regards to our data

Creation and dispatch of client information material (monthly dispatch of new packs, quarterly PowerPoint presentations etc.)

General administration tasks like management of Shared Mailbox and internal documentation update & maintenance

Creation and Update of power point presentations

Support Sales Team in Account Planning and Stakeholder Mapping
Requirements:

Commercial education or relevant Bachelors degree in a commercial or a Life Sciences discipline

Good skills in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word, Power Point)

Reliable person with high ownership and able to work independently

2 -5 years of Experience in administration and/or data analysis

Strong capability in managing priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high quality outcomes

Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge

Fluent written and spoken English are required, good command of German language skills

Highly effective communication and remote working skills
