As a Client Account Processor, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise and growth as client account processor, to help elevate your team through leadership opportunities. Also, this position will work, fulltime, in office, located in Markham, Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To achieve these results, the individual in this role performs the duties below:
- Review outgoing mail batches for approval or decline
- Process and package all registered letters
- Liaison between our Member Communications Team and our third party print vendor
- Process all French translations
- Open, sort and distribute all incoming mail
- Complete policy cancellation requests and non-licensed policy changes
- Operate scanners, printers and postage machines
- Call members and brokers for address verification
- Enter Net Promotor Scores
- Train, mentor, and support Document Fulfillment Team
- All other duties as assigned by Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
To achieve these results, the individual in this role can perform the qualifications below:
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of current procedures related to their tasks
- Ability to show leadership by supporting team members with questions and procedures
- Attention to detail with a minimum accuracy of 95%
- Able to multitask and work with high volumes
- Proven ability to make decisions for file processing
- Maintain excellent communication skills and proven customer service abilities
- Consistently demonstrate a growth mindset, remaining open to new learning opportunities
- Actively participate and have a vested interest in professional development
Other things to note:
- The Client Accounts Processor- Document Fulfillment will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations Canada.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
